Thanks for The Eye trailer! The sad truth, because of availability, is that all the good horror/ghost flicks come out of other places like Hong Kong, Germany, etc...There is this really neat ghost flick that takes place in a hospital, but I can't rem. the name of it...I will try and post again later. There is a sequal to it now also. But, anyways, it's the best! It's really long and you have to read subs, but def. worth the watch if I could rem. the name.

my favourite ghost movies are almost them all non us :)) (sorry for the us dwellers) I really loved the eye, it has a creepy scene in a hospital, but i think no sequel, this is from hong kong :)), also there are japanese as the grudge, the grudge 2, the ring and more... :)))

my favourites is "el espinazo del diablo" directed by GILLERMO DEL TORO, it's a spanish movie about the ghost of a buy in a orphan house druing the spansih civil war, creepy

I saw a great ghost story movie the other night by chance on the Sci-fi Channel. It was called 'Haunted' & starred Kate Beckinsale & Aidan Quinn. It was about a pyschologist non-believer in ghosts called in to help an old lady with his expert skills as a mental doctor. He has to go and live with the family in an old country estate house and he is met by & falls for the young woman who lives there.

The hero of the story had lost his sister who drowned when he was a child and he blames himself for this and as the story unfolds we see elements of something similar happening or has happened at the lake by the old house.

The family of 2 brothers and the girl have all lost their mother too and the old lady is believed to have gone mad cos of it. All the family are pretty eccentric and stuff like nude bathing is normal for them.

As the narrative continues so many strange things happen that the sane doctor starts to doubt his own sanity.

I won't tell you any more or I'll spoil it if I haven't already!

It's love story and a ghost story & comes highly recommended by me!

Directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
